About KeepAlong

KeepAlong is a small independent team building a shot tracker app for people on weekly GLP-1 injections. We are not affiliated with any pharmaceutical company, and we do not sell medications, supplements, or medical services of any kind.

What we make

The KeepAlong app does one job: it keeps a complete record of weekly injections — dates, doses, injection sites — with reminders on shot day and weight synced from the phone's health data. It is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and it never suggests a dose.

This website adds free browser tools around that job: titration date planning, dose math, a weight-loss calculator, and a fridge-time tracker. Every tool runs entirely in your browser, needs no sign-up, and shows its result immediately. We also publish an open-data roundup of GLP-1 tracker apps — with our own app deliberately left out of the ranking until it ships — and a growing set of label-first guides.

How we handle health content

GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs, and a site in this space owes its readers restraint. We publish calculations and label-based reference material with a visible disclaimer, we cite primary sources with the date we checked them, and we hold back entire categories of content that would need a licensed clinician on the team. The specifics — including what we deliberately do not publish — are written down in our medical review policy.

Who we are

A small team of software makers. No one on the team currently holds a medical license, which is exactly why the scope of this site is planning and record-keeping rather than medical guidance. Decisions about your dose, your schedule, and your treatment belong to you and your prescriber.

Two more things worth knowing before you use anything here: this site collects nothing about you, spelled out in the privacy policy, and the conditions of use are in the terms.
